DIGITAL ARCHIVING POLICY

As an open access publisher, CSC Journals allow self-archiving of the articles through its open access policy after the acceptance or publication of a paper in the journal. Authors retain the copyright of their scholarly work and can archive post-print or publisher’s version/PDF to personal or institutional repositories or libraries anytime without requiring permission from the journal or publisher.

Our authors are entitled to deposit their accepted manuscript or final published paper in institutional and/or centrally organized repositories and can make their paper publicly available immediately upon acceptance of the article or after its final publication provided that proper attribution must be given including journal name along with other citation details.

Upon acceptance of paper by the journal, the authors acknowledge while making their article publicly available that the article has been accepted for publication as follows:

This article has been accepted for publication in [Journal Title] Published by CSC Journals.

Authors can also make their published article publicly available to different repositories, libraries or personal websites without requiring any permission provided that they also deposit the URL of their published article, in addition to the PDF version by correctly citing the journal name along with other citation details.

DIGITAL REPOSITORY PRESERVATION

In order to digitally preserve all published scholarly content of our journals, CSC Journals use different channels to preserve all the published content on digital repositories. CSC Journals submits the metadata of its journals to RePEc and J-Gate to ensure the availability of its published scholarly content to the community despite any accidental loss of data in its personal archival records. CSC Journals also submit the publication information along with published PDF file to ScribD and SlideShare to preserve the published PDF files of the publications whereas BibSonomy is used to preserve bibliographic information of its journal publications.

Besides making our open access journals compatible to all well-known repository services and digital crawlers, we have implemented RSS Feeds to ensure that our content is available to individuals and groups via different sharing, archiving and preserving platforms. Our current efforts are to submit the metadata of our journal publications to LOCKSS, JournalTOC and few others.
