It is important that authors understand how licenses impact on the open access publications and use of their research. CSC-OpenAccess publishes papers under Creative Commons License to ensure that author retain the copyrights to their work and the content of their articles published in our journals can be reused, reproduced, abstracted, 'mashed up' with other material to produce new information provided that the paper is properly cited including author name and a link to full-text article is mentioned.USER LICENSE

AUTHOR AGREEMENT
In CSC-OpenAccess environment, it is necessary to ensure a proper balance between the scholarly rights which authors retain and the rights granted to CSC Journals for review and publication purpose.While submitting the paper, authors should understand that their submission will be considered as Open Access submission (OAS) to which certain agreement policies will be applicable:
- author retain the copyrights of the work.
- author gives exclusive rights to CSC Journals to make the submission information publically available at the end of ongoing round of publication.
- author gives exclusive rights to CSC Journals to make the submitted file of scholarly article online once review process and current round of publications in which paper was submitted is complete provided that the paper was Accepted with Minor/Major Modifications regardless of final publication..
For published papers Open Access Publications (OAP), following are the policies that are applicable:
- author retain the copyrights of the work.
- author has the right for proper attribution and credit for the published work.
- author gives the right to reuse of their work defined by Creative Commons Attribution NonCommercial 4.0 International License.
- author can self-archive his article provided that he inform CSC Journals including the complete details to which article is shared, submitted or uploaded to any website.

PUBLISHER RIGHTS
As an open access publisher, we need publishing rights in order to publish and widely disseminate and share your publish papers through websites, databases and for printing. Author gives certain rights to CSC Journals for their articles including:- An exclusive right to publish and distribute an article.
- The right to provide the article in all forms and media so that the article can be used on the latest technology even after publication.
- The right to publish and widely disseminate the article under Creative Commons Attribution NonCommercial 4.0 International License.
- The right to widely disseminate the published article through social media, relevant websites and indexers.
- Additional rights to enforce the rights in the work, on behalf of an author, against third parties in the case of plagiarism, ethic disputes and fraud.
- The right to make submission information available as open access at the end of review & publication round.
- The right to make the article file of accepted papers publicly available through CSC-OpenAccess at the end of publication round which can be removed from www.cscjournals.org once author withdraw the submission according to withdrawal policies.
- For OAS removal, CSC Journals only take responsibility to remove the article information and its file from its database and server. No responsibility is taken if the submission is crawled by auto-crawlers of Google, Bing and others.
